Thai Nilam is dedicated to documenting and preserving the heritage of the Eezham Tamils for present and future generations. As Tamil communities establish themselves across the globe, maintaining a living connection to our history, language, and cultural identity becomes increasingly vital.

This project presents the history of the Eezham Tamils — from their deep roots in the island's north and east, through the decades-long struggle for self-determination, to the enduring significance of the Tamil language.
